Walsh's Pharmacy Loyalty Card

The benefits of our loyalty card are as follows:

  • For each euro spent in one of our 4 Walsh’s Pharmacy shops (excluding purchases of prescriptions and gift cards) you will receive 1 point onto your card when presented at the time of purchase.
  • If your loyalty card is not available at the time of purchase, points will be added onto your card, up to 45 days after date of purchase, if you present a valid receipt.
  • Loyalty Card points may be cashed in at any time against purchases from Walsh’s Pharmacy, excluding gift cards.
  • You can use your Loyalty Card points for part payment of qualifying products and services.

Terms & Conditions

Walsh’s Pharmacy can cancel, alter or withdraw the loyalty card scheme, including these Terms and Conditions, or any individual Loyalty Card account, at any time.

  • All Loyalty Cards are the property of Walsh’s Pharmacy
  • Walsh’s Loyalty Cards are valid in all of the 4 Walsh Pharmacy Group stores, i.e. Walsh’s Pharmacy, Main St., Loughrea, Walsh’s Pharmacy, Orantown Centre, Oranmore, Walsh’s Pharmacy, Main St., Spiddal and Walsh’s Pharmacy located in the Spiddal Medical Centre.
  • We do not issue additional cards for the same account
  • Walsh’s Pharmacy can take any action it considers appropriate if we have reason to believe that you are abusing the Loyalty Card scheme or associated promotions and/or offers.
  • Walsh’s has, at it’s discretion, the capacity to remove Loyalty Card points from Loyalty Card accounts that haven’t been used for 3 years or more.

Data Protection

  • We will not share your details or disclose your data to any third parties unless we are required or permitted to do so by law (for example, if required to do so by law enforcement agencies). We can analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice if we so wish.

Collecting Loyalty Card Points

  • The standard number of points you will collect is 1 Loyalty Card point for every €1 you spend on qualifying purchases
  • If you forget your Loyalty Card, please ask the cashier to validate your receipt. You will need to provide the validated receipt within 45 days of the transaction with your Loyalty Card to be able to collect your points
  • Points are not available on prescription items and gift cards. Currently, points are not available with on line shopping
  • Existing points promotions will not be multiplied during special points events
  • Walsh’s Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice

Spending Loyalty Card Points

  • We will not exchange Loyalty Card points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.
  • Points cannot be spent gift cards.
  • You can use your Loyalty Card points for part payment of qualifying products and services.

Returning Goods Regarding Loyalty Card Points

  • If you return a product for refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Loyalty Card account.
  • If a product you buy with points is faulty, please return it to the Walsh’s store where you purchased the item. If necessary, we will re-credit your account with the corresponding number of Loyalty Points. No cash refund will be given for loyalty points.
