What breast cancer looks and feels like

While a lump is the most common sign of breast cancer, some symptoms can be seen rather than felt. It’s important to get to know yourself and it only takes a minute. Ideally once a week, or once every two weeks, take just one minute to check for changes. The best time to check is a few days after your period ends, when things are most normal.
